I loved my spacious room with a stunning sea view of the Bosphorus. The breakfast offered excellent variety and quality, especially with fresh local options. The location is spot on, walking distance to major attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia. the bathroom could use a significant upgrade. the shower pressure was low, and there were issues with some fixtures. Occasionally, noise from street traffic disrupted my rest. The staff were generally helpful, but it felt like they could improve on responsiveness during busy times.

The cleaning service was intrusive, disrupting our schedule repeatedly. On one occasion, we returned to our room during breakfast, only to find the cleaner still working as we were trying to prepare for an excursion with small children. the condition of the towels was poor, with holes present, which should not be the case in a hotel of this supposed standard.
