The hotel boasts stunning views of the Bosphorus, making it a scenic retreat after a day of sightseeing.
The breakfast buffet lacked proper temperature control, causing many items to be served cold.

I loved my spacious room with a stunning sea view of the Bosphorus. The breakfast offered excellent variety and quality, especially with fresh local options. The location is spot on, walking distance to major attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia. the bathroom could use a significant upgrade. the shower pressure was low, and there were issues with some fixtures. Occasionally, noise from street traffic disrupted my rest. The staff were generally helpful, but it felt like they could improve on responsiveness during busy times.

Exceptional access to public transportation and local dining options.
The cleaning service was intrusive, disrupting our schedule repeatedly. On one occasion, we returned to our room during breakfast, only to find the cleaner still working as we were trying to prepare for an excursion with small children. the condition of the towels was poor, with holes present, which should not be the case in a hotel of this supposed standard.

great location but room could use updates
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sirkeci with easy access to boats and trams. Staff members are genuinely helpful and maintain cleanliness throughout the property. I particularly enjoyed the sea view from my room, which added to the experience.
The room, although spacious, felt a bit dated and could benefit from some modern touches.

An unbeatable location in the heart of Sirkeci! The spacious Deluxe Room with a sea view was the star of our stay. The breakfast, while needing a bit of variety, utilized fresh seasonal ingredients, hitting the right note for a pleasant start to the day. Plus, the staff were attentive and booked us a return taxi, making our travel worries disappear.
Awkward lift access.

Perfect location and comfy stay
I loved the convenient spot close to all the main sights, making my explorations fun! The room was super comfy, and the daily cleaning kept things tidy. Breakfast was nice, especially the local options. Just wish the entrance through the café felt less awkward during late nights. Still, it didn't ruin my trip at all.

Perfect Position for Exploring Istanbul
The location is truly unbeatable, right outside Sirkeci station with great transport links to major attractions like the Grand Bazaar and the Hagia Sophia. The hotel offers a spacious and clean Deluxe Room with a beautiful sea view that made my stay all the more enjoyable. the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. I’d suggest they reconsider the way it’s presented, as some dishes were not as fresh as I expected.
